Returns
We aim for all information, photographs and shipping information to be as accurate as possible. Therefore all sales are final, except in the case of damage. If your product has been damaged, make the courier aware upon receipt. You can contact us at trackpressbooks@gmail.com and we will try our best to rectify any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage.
Refunds
Any eligible refund will be processed as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Shipping
We deliver to the UK. If you incur any issues or have any questions please email us at trackpressbooks@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
There is a variable shipping rate (based on weight and shipping class) on all UK retail orders up until £20 where free shipping begins to apply.
We are trialling shipping to some international destinations, but this is in the early stages, so please contact us if you experience any issues. Unfortunately there is no free international shipping – the shipping rate varies with weight.
Cancellations
If you happen to make a mistake on your order or wish to cancel it, this can be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of your goods. Simply email us at trackpressbooks@gmail.com along with your full name and order number to request the cancellation.
